The brief
Based Badgers was a generative NFT collection launching on the Solana blockchain. The team came to us ahead of their mint with a clear goal: a collection of fully unique characters, each one assembled at mint time from a deep library of hand-designed art. They needed the art built layer by layer, a web presence to match, and motion assets with enough pull to build a community before launch day.
What we did
- Designed and built over 400 individual art layers — characters, traits, accessories, and backgrounds — all engineered to combine cleanly at mint time into thousands of one-of-a-kind NFTs.
- Designed and developed the collection's website in React, giving Based Badgers a home that matched the personality and aesthetic of the art.
- Produced the trailer video and full suite of brand assets — everything the team needed to build hype, grow the community, and arrive at mint day ready.
The outcome
Based Badgers had all deliverables in place ahead of mint — a deep generative art library, a live web presence, and motion assets primed for the drop. Every piece of the mint was accounted for.
