APW Avenue Group
A bespoke brand system and website built from the ground up.

The brief
APW Avenue Group holds 12,000 doors across its portfolio, yet had no web presence at all — no digital home for its properties, accolades, or press. A real estate investment firm of that scale needed a presence with the same weight as its holdings: somewhere to present the portfolio with the polish it deserved, and to stand behind the APW name online.
What we did
- Designed the APW Avenue Group identity from scratch — logo, building mark, typography, and a restrained gold-on-charcoal color system.
- Designed and built the full website in Next.js from the ground up, front end and back end.
- Built a custom content management system so the firm’s team can add and maintain properties, press, and accolades without a developer.
- Produced and art-directed the supporting graphics — generating new assets and refining existing ones to a single, consistent standard.
The outcome
APW Avenue Group now has a premium, fully custom digital home — one that presents its portfolio with the credibility its scale warrants, and that the team can keep current on its own.
